A limited liability company has purchased a 63-room hospitality property located in Waxahachie, Texas for $4.275 million.

Ravi Mehta and Sanjeev Lad in Marcus & Millichap's Fort Worth, Texas office represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 1701 N. U.S. Highway 77, the Sleep Inn & Suites is situated on roughly 1.92 acres and was constructed in 2007.
