Massey Knakal lists NoHo retail building for $5.95M

Massey Knakal Realty Services has been hired to market and sell an approximately 9,900-square-foot retail building in New York, N.Y., for a listing price of $5.95 million.

The firm's James Nelson and Brendan Gotch are handling the sale.

Located at 337-345 Lafayette St., the property has nearly 130' of frontage on the corner of Lafayette and Bleecker Streets, adjacent to the Bleecker Street entrance to the No. 6 train. The NoHo property also benefits from about 6,500 square feet of air rights that could be used with approval.

New additions to the area include new residential luxury buildings and luxury retailers like John Varvatos, Urban Outfitters, Crate & Barrel, and Puma.
