Long Beach retail center commands $6.05M

Marcus & Millichap facilitated the sale of a 20,740-square-foot retail center in Long Beach, Calif., for $6.05 million.

Bret King, vice president investments of Marcus & Millichap's Long Beach office and Kirk Garabedian represented the seller in this transaction.

Known as the Bixby Center, the property is located at 4215 Atlantic Ave. The property is comprised of 12 stores, which includes tenants Cold Stone Creamery, Subway, Domino' s Pizza, It' s a Grind and Supercuts. It is situated in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood and was constructed in 1979.
