Colliers Arnold stays busy in Tampa

Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services has facilitated the sale of two industrial properties and one investment portfolio in Tampa, Fla.

The transactions are:

- Lighthouse Healthcare Group, LLC purchased the investment portfolio consisting of two assisted living facilities containing 60 beds from TMMA Real Property, Inc., for $6.6 million. Russ Sampson and Jim Allen of the Healthcare Services Group represented the seller in the transaction. The properties are located at 3720 W. Bay to Bay Blvd. and 3330 S. MacDill Ave.

-Anthony Blasco purchased a 11,900-square-foot industrial building at Commodity Place from Alexander Kunis for $837,500. John C. Dunphy, CCIM, SIOR and Scott Altieri represented the seller in the transaction. The property is located at 12816 Commodity Place.

- Surface Engineering & Alloy Company purchased a 5,540-square-foot industrial building from Barnes Machine Co. for $370,000. Pat Marzulli represented the seller in the transaction. The property is located at 2462 S. Emerson Ave.
