Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers to market D.C. office building

Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a 135,000-square-foot office building in Washington, D.C., by its landlord, the Korea International Trade Association.

Bobby Schwartz, Will Stern and Eli Barnes will be marketing the property on behalf of the landlord.

Located at 1660 L St. NW, the building is centrally located within one block of the Red line (Farragut North) and two blocks of the Orange/Blue lines (Farragut West)of the area's light-rail system. The building offers tenants four sides of glass, an abundance of amenities within walking distance, a tenant-only conference facility and onsite parking.
