Tennessee apartments list for $5.8M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell a 250-unit apartment complex in Madison, Tenn., for a listing price of $5.8 million.

Senior Vice President Investments Evan P. Kristol. First Vice President Investments Still Hunter, III of the Fort Lauderdale, Fla office, Vice President Investments Steven J. Siegel and Associate Vice President Investments Adelaide Polsinelli of the Manhattan office are representing the seller.

The property is located at 721 Due West Ave. N., and known as the Highland Ridge Apartments. It consists of 250 two- and three-story garden-style apartments that sit atop a ridge overlooking I-65 and Due West Avenue. The community has a mix of four distinct one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 775 square feet to 1,300 square feet.
