New Jersey office building commands $17.5M

A private investor has purchased a 128,034-square-foot office property in Roseland, N.J. for $17.5 million.

Jeffrey Dunne, Kevin Welsh and Christopher Leonard of CB Richard Ellis's New York Institutional Group represented the seller in the transaction. Glenn B. Dulmage of MRH Real Estate Services Inc., represented the buyer.

Located at 425 Eagle Rock Ave., the Class A office property was constructed in 1987. It has a unique architectural design creating significant curb appeal with a marble and glass clad exterior, lush landscaping and a four-story atrium entrance.

The property is anchored largely by tenants in the law, insurance and accounting industries.
