Grubb & Ellis Company has been hired to market and lease a 137,000-square-foot office building in Dallas, Texas, on behalf of Proman International.

Chris Wright and Noreen Mehdi are marketing the property.

Located at 3131 Turtle Creek Blvd., the property is a Class A, 13-story office building in Uptown Dallas. The building is currently 80 percent leased and has 16 spaces available, ranging in size from 600 square feet to 11,000 square feet.
