California mixed-use building sells for $3.75M

A private investor has purchased a 30,678-square-foot, mixed-use building in Artesia, Calif., for $3.75 million.

Christopher Maling and David Maling, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Los Angeles office represented the seller in the transaction while Ron Duong of the company's Newport Beach office represented the buyer.

Located at 18300 Gridley Rd., the property sits on 1.74 acres in close proximity to the 605 and 91 freeways. Currently operating at 72 percent occupancy, the center has a variety of retail, office and medical tenants.
