CDC West facilitates sale of three California multi-families


Charles Dunn Company has negotiated three multi-family property sales in California for a total of nearly $7.5 million.

Hamid Soroudi and Kimberly Roberts-Stepp of CDC West represented all parties involved in the transactions.

The three transactions were:

- E6, LLC purchased a 3,256-square-foot apartment complex in Hollywood for $1.41 million. Located at 844 14th St. in Santa Monica, the complex contains five units.

- Jay Harek purchased a 12,540-square-foot apartment complex for $3.05 million. The property is located at 1626 N. Fuller Ave. in Hollywood.

- Xenon Investment Corp., purchased a 14,399-square-foot apartment complex from 1626 N. Fuller, LLC for $2.97 million. Located at 1901 Sixth St. in Santa Monica, the property contains 16 units.
