California motel on market for $10.8M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell a 95-room motel in Campbell, Calif., with a listing price of $10.8 million.

Richard Ehmer, first vice president investments and a director of the firm's National Hospitality Group in San Francisco, is representing the seller in the transaction.

Known as the Campbell Inn, the property is located at 675 E. Campbell Ave. The two-story, three-building motel sits on 4.23 acres. Building One includes the Campbell Avenue entrance, front desk, executive offices, a breakfast/meeting room and second-floor guest rooms. Building Two, located on the east side of the property, is adjacent to Highway 17, with guest rooms facing the courtyard, swimming pool or Los Gatos Creek. Building Three is on the west side of the property with guest room entrances facing the parking lot, pool and Los Gatos Creek. A tennis court is located at the north end of the property.
