Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers arranges $194M construction loan

Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers has arranged a $194M construction loan for a Washington, D.C., office building on behalf of its owner, Connecticut & K Associates, LLC.

Cassidy's Philip Mudd, Christian Miles and Jon Goldstein arranged the 54-month loan for the property, which is currently under development.

The office building is located at 1000 Connecticut Ave. and will contain 383,392 square feet. It is 66 percent pre-leased to the law firm of Arent Fox, LLP, and the owner is seeking LEED Gold Certification for the property.
