Logging land for sale near Emily, Minn.

CB Richard Ellis has been retained by the Weyerhaeuser Company to sell 680 acres of timber land located near Emily, Minn.

The team working to sell the land, which is currently listed at $2,040,000 - or $3,000 per acre - will be CB Richard Ellis land services group leaders Richard Palmiter and Brian Pankratz and special properties group member Tom Simon.

The property is located roughly three miles south of Emily just off State Highway 6 and provides a large acreage property to use in a variety of uses including hunting, recreation, and existing/future logging opportunities.

Size: 680 acres
