CIP Real Estate adds new senior VP, director of marketing

Irvine, Calif.-based CIP Real Estate has added Scott Flemer as a senior vice president and director of marketing, where he will be responsible for the marketing and leasing of the company's properties.

Flemer is the former director of acquisitions, sales and leasing for Centra Realty Corporation. He is also a former employee of The PRES Companies, CB Richard Ellis and The Koll Company.

Flemer earned his bachelor's degree in finance from San Diego State University.
