CBRE adds Kolatkar as associate

The Bloomington, Minn., office of CB Richard Ellis has added Neil Kolatkar as an associate, where he will focus on industrial and office tenant representation.

Prior to this appointment, Kolatkar spent a year in CBRE's research department. He is a former employee of the law firm of Barna, Guzy and Steffen and worked in the legal department at Regis Corporation.

"We are happy to have Neil on our team where he can utilize his legal background and strong analysis skills to provide value to our clients," said CB Richard Ellis Senior Managing Director Whitney Peyton.
