5/23/2008Brooklyn Crossing on the market for $7M
by Michael WayneThe Brooklyn Crossing office tower in Brooklyn Center, Minn., has been placed on the market with an asking price of $7 million, or $83.84 per square foot. The portfolio is being marketed by Stephen Lysen, Kim Holmes and James Leary of CB Richard Ellis. The building is located at 3300 Co. Rd. 10 and contains 83,488 square feet. It was built in 1980 and is situated just off Highway 100. Lysen is a first vice president with CBRE and is a member of the firm's Minnesota Private Client Group. He has been with the company since 1994 and is the former director of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors. Holmes is an investment specialist and focuses on implementing marketing strategies for listed properties. She has been with the firm since 1999 when she joined as a communication specialist. Leary, a senior vice president, is also a member of CBRE's Minnesota Private Client Group. He joined CBRE in 1980 and received the Bob Jackson Memorial Award in 1991. Address: 3300 Co.
