Massey Knakal to market Queens movie theater for $14M

New York-based Massey Knakal Realty Services has been hired to market and sell the Ridgewood Movie Theater in Queens, N.Y., with an asking price of $14 million.

Thomas Donovan, managing director of Massey Knakal, is representing the seller in the offering.

The three-story theater is located at 55-27 Myrtle Ave. and is being offered vacant. It contains 53,238 square feet and was built in 1916. It closed in March 2008.
