5/9/2008Minneapolis firm buys two Indianapolis office properties

Minneapolis, Minn.-based Dougherty Commercial Properties has made its entrance into the Indianapolis, Ind., market with the purchase of One and Two Park Fletcher, two office buildings totaling 161,937 square feet, from Premier Equities. Premier was represented in the deal by Gary Woodworth and Tim Hoffman of CB Richard Ellis. One Park Fletcher is located at 2601 Fortune Circle East and contains 94,950 square feet. The three-story building was built in 1980. Two Park Fletcher, a four-story building, contains 68,887 square feet and was constructed in 1985. Both buildings were 88 percent occupied at the time of sale. Woodworth is a senior vice president with CBRE's Indianapolis office and joined the firm's Investment Properties Team in 1999. He is a former property manager with Duke Realty Corporation was the president of the IREM Central Indiana Chapter. Hoffman, an associate with CBRE, specializes in the sale of income producing retail, single-tenant and office properties. He is a member of the firm's Private Client Group and a former portfolio manager and junior loan officer for Harris Bank and Old National Bank. Address: 2601 Fortune Circle East and 5420 W.
