CB Richard Ellis completes sale of Indiana multi-family

Lakeside at Walnut Hills

Chimera Property Management has acquired the Lakeside at Walnut Hills in the Indianapolis suburb of Plainfield, Ind., for an undisclosed amount from Cincinnati, Ohio-based Sundance Property Management.

Amy Burmeister and Dane Wilson of CB Richard Ellis' Multi-Housing Group represented the seller in the transaction.

The purchase price was undisclosed but the property had an asking price of $4 million. The apartment complex is located at 644 Lakeside Drive and situated on 67,200 square feet. Built in 1974, it features 84 two-bedroom units.

Burmeister is a senior associate with CBRE and manages the operations of the Multi-Housing group and focuses on the sale of multi-housing properties in Indiana and Kentucky.
