4/21/2008CBRE brokers sale of Pennsylvania industrial facility
by Eric RamsdenCEI Douglassville, Inc., a division of Cosmetic Essence, Inc., has sold a 293,038 square foot industrial building in Douglassville, Pa., to a partnership including Net Lease Advisors. The terms of the deal were not released, but Berks County assessment records list an assessed value for the building at $6.53 million. The deal was brokered by Mindy Lissner, Brad Fenlon, Michael Hines, Michael Blunt and Pat Touhey of CB Richard Ellis. The building is located in the Amity Business Park at 447 Old Swede Rd. It situated on 23 acres and was sold as a 12-year sale/leaseback. The building will be triple-net leased to CEI Holdings, Inc., a provider of supply chain management services to retailers. Lissner is a senior VP with CBRE and has been with the company since 1991. She was listed among the "Top Women of N.J. Real Estate" in the June 2002 issue of Real Estate NJ.
