Behringer Harvard has acquired the Northborough Tower in Houston, Texas from
Commercial Developments International. The firm paid $32.9 million for the 14-story building, according to SEC filings.

Transwestern brokered the transaction.
Northborough Tower is a 206,553 square foot office property situated on 5.4 acres at 100 & 101 Glenborough Drive in Houston's Greenspoint submarket. The single-tenant building is currently fully leased to Noble Energy, Inc., with a lease that expires in 2018. The deal includes a four-story parking garage and an additional 2.3 acres of surface parking adjacent to the property.
The acquisition was made on behalf of Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT I, Inc.
A managing director in the Investment Services Group at Transwestern, Hubbard is a 23-year veteran of commercial real estate. Prior to joining the firm, he was in charge of investment sales with Trione & Gordon/Oncor International, now CB Richard Ellis Houston. He has been selected by Commercial Property News as one of the nation's Top 24 brokers. Hubbard holds a bachelor's in English and Business from Florida State University.
Gallagher is an associate with Transwestern's Houston Investment Services Group and has been with the company for five years. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and is a licensed real estate agent in Texas. She holds a bachelor's in mathematics from the University of Texas in Austin.
