CB Richard Ellis adds Schwarz as associate

The Cleveland, Ohio office of CB Richard Ellis has added Abram Schwarz as an associate, where he will be specializing in industrial brokerage services.

Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Schwarz worked for Currie-Hall Investment Co. and Great Lakes Development, Ltd. He is a specialist in land sales, tenant/buyer representation, development, investment sales and land assemblage in Northeastern Ohio.

At CB Richard Ellis, Schwarz will focus on landlord and tenant representation for a wide range of clients.
