Plymouth Meeting, Pa.-based
Exeter Property Group has purchased a bulk distribution building in Atlanta, Ga., from global financial services firm
UBS.
The seller was represented by
Chris Riley,
Frank Fallon and
Brian Budnick of
CB Richard Ellis.
The building is located 1.5 miles from Interstate 85 at 7300 Oakley Industrial Blvd., in Fairburn, about 18 miles south of Atlanta. It contains 346,039 square feet and is situated within Southpark, a 1,200 acre industrial park. The building is currently 100 percent leased to
Sabare USA, Inc., a home furnishings supplier.
An executive vice president with the Industrial Investment Properties group, Riley joined CBRE in 2005. His industry experience includes nine years with the Trammell Crow Company and eight years with Carter Real Estate. He earned a bachelor's from the University of Kentucky and a M.B.A. from Emory University.
Fallon is also an executive vice president with the Industrial Investment Properties group specializing in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties in the Southeast and Southwestern United States. He too was employed by Trammell Crow Company and is a former senior VP with ProLogis. Fallon earned his bachelor's from Texas Tech University.
Budnick, an associate with the Investment Properties group, teamed up with Fallon and Budnick in 2003. He specializes in the disposition of Atlanta-area investment properties. Like Riley and Fallon, he is a former employee of Trammell Crow. He's a graduate of Emory University.
Earlier this year, Riley, Fallon and Budnick brokered the sale of the three-building
Perimeter West in Atlanta and the
$23.55 million sale of the Riverview Distribution Center, also in Atlanta.
