Duke Realty adds new VP of leasing

Indianapolis, Ind.-based Duke Realty Corporation has added Chris Gallagher as vice president of leasing with the company's South Florida office, where he will be responsible for the marketing and leasing of the firm's currently owned properties and future developments.

Gallagher is a former employee of CB Richard Ellis and Grubb & Ellis. He was CBRE's "Rookie of the Year" in 2000.

Gallagher will now focus on Duke's Weston Pointe development, Sawgrass Commerce Center, Sawgrass Point I, II and III, Pembroke Pointe, Pembroke Corporate Center and the recently acquired 97 acres of industrial land located in Palm Beach County.

He earned his B.S. in History from the University of Kansas.
