DAUM Commercial finalizes $18.5M sale of L.A. office portfolio


Sixth Street Capital Investors has sold a two-building office portfolio in Los Angeles, Calif., for $18.5 million to TC Bixel, LLC.

Kevin Tamura and James Tagliere of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented Sixth Street Capital while Adam Tescher of CB Richard Ellis handled the negotiations for the buyer.

The two office buildings are located adjacent to the Good Samaritan Hospital at 1111 and 1125 West 6th St. Both buildings were recently renovated and contain 98,000 square feet. The 1111 location contains 37,881 square feet while the 1125 property contains 59,997 square feet. Also included in the sale was a lot with a two-story parking facility located at 1330 West 5th St.
