Mary Sullivan, Tim Swan and Ron Urgitus of CB Richard Ellis brokered the sale on behalf of Aardex. The building, which was developed by Aardex in June 2007, contains 185,920 square feet and is located at 14143 Denver West Parkway. It is one of Colorado's three LEED Platinum buildings and is 100 percent occupied to Gambro BCT Inc. and Aardex, which made the building its headquarters. Sullivan began her real estate career with CBRE in 1981 as an investment specialist in Denver. She is now a senior vice president with the company's Investment Properties Institutional Group. She was awarded CREW's Woman of Influence Award in 2006 and was the Investment Broker of the Year in 2002. Swan, an executive VP with CBRE, was a Top 200 Professional from 1998 to 2005. He is also a member of the Institutional Group and earned his B.A. in Political Science from Miami University. Urgitus, also an executive VP, joined CBRE in 1989 and was the company's Rookie of the Year in 1990. He was a Top 200 Professional from 2002 to 2005. Address: 14143 Denver West Parkway, Golden, Colo.
